    Cha Ca Trang Long

    My experiences with Vietnamese cuisine had always involved only 2 items:

    Pho (noodle in beef soup); and
    Bun (rice vermicelli poured with nuoc mam or Vietnamese fish sauce) with accompanying spring rolls, sausages, etc.
