She asks “Chicken Lollipop? What the heck is that? And what is the difference between Chicken Hong Kong / Singapore / Manchuria.”

Chicken Lollipop

Different Types of Chicken

I have no idea what is chicken lollipop – best thing is ask for photo. My random guess would be chicken drumstick.
As for Chicken Hong Kong/Singapore/Manchuria – I think it’s the chicken prepared in the style or sauce apparently typical of these areas.
My guessing for the styles:
Hong Kong style can have several choices – from the Hong Kong cafe style, which is generous with “tomato” sauce or Cantonese roasted style.
Singapore style, is possibly with a bit more spice – so think chilli.
Machurian style is usually with darker chinese fermented beans, but not always.
End of my guessing. Think it’s just the case of poor English translation and lack of photos.
HAHAHHAHAA I totally want a chicken lollipop.
Thanks for the shout-out in the post below. And glad to see you’re making your blog-o-comeback.
