To my surprise..most of the food tasted quite sweet. Both of us felt like eating 'rubbish'. My Singaporean friend told me his friend, also a Singaporean, is working with Bobby Chinn. He said he has been using the same menu for the past 4 years. Furthermore, if you really observe his menu, basically is fusion but with no respect on others culture. One of Bobby's ex-kitchen staff, told us, in fact, Bobby can't really cook. He is so much depends on his Singaporean chef to help him on his menu and the cooking.
